Description
[Seeing the MPC got props, I thought I'd dig out some more ....]
Recorded, arranged, and mixed using only an MPC2000XL, a Behringer B1 mic, and a recordable CD deck.
There's a certain organic quality to the MPC that is difficult to replicate in a new setup. And I think this is reflected in the music.
It might just be the rubber buttons, mind.
'Orange' sounds a bit like a holiday show theme, and is named after Judith Charmers' leathery complexion.
